Carlos
O’Brian’s is part of the “world famoso” Grupo Andersons. We are just one
of many other restaurants that integrate Grupo Andersons. Our concept
is the most original one around the world, because nobody can match us.
Some of our brothers are: Señor Frongs, Shrimp Bucket, Squid Roe, Guadalajara
Grill, Mamaroma, Carlos’N Charlie’s, etc.
We
were born here in Vallarta a 24 of October almost 30 years ago. In that
time Vallarta was just a very small town. We started as a small restaurant
in the corner between Diaz Ordaz and Pipila Streets. We still are in the
same corner but now we grew up (we are bigger and better).
There
are many famous sayings that are part of our concept. One of our favorite
says “At the eye of the master”.
This saying was written because Carlos Anderson (our “father”) used to
wear an apron and take care of our costumers. That is also why the “captains”
in Carlos O’Brian’s aren’t called “captains” they’re called “Mandiles”
because that’s how aprons are called in Spanish.
